Is there any device which takes two inputs one from Wifi/WiMax and another from RJ45 and then pass on to RJ45?
Q. A device which can have two inputs merging into one RJ-45 Jack of unit. this will be used to make second input/network as failover network. because the enduser's unit is having only one RJ-45 Jack the merging unit is required to make solution effective.

A. Do you mean a dual WAN ethernet router with two RJ-45 WAN ports? You can buy an off the shelf one or buy a cheap OpenWRT supported router like the WRT54GL and then flash it. Then SET the WAN port and the first LAN port to VLAN0 and the other ports to VLAN 1. Obviously you can set more. Or you can buy something like this
