How does a US company benefit from not having to report to the US tax dep't about money paid to a foreign cont?
Q. A Us company doing bis in China wants a contractor to fill out a w-8ben form. US company says it is so they don't have to report about fees paid to the contractor to the US tax dep't. How does this benifit the company? Wouldn't they WANT to report expenses, and not have to pay tax on that money?

How do you go about starting commissioned officer training in the US Army?
Q. My husband has a 4 year degree and is currently almost done with boot camp, but his recruiter had told him he had to wait until he got to his "regular duty station" after AIT training to apply. Is this true, or is there some way to apply earlier so he start training sooner? Thanks so much for any help/advice, the recruiter has not been much help...

Q. We are looking to sell this Surgical Instrument by Arnold and Sons, John Bell and Croyden made around the early 1900s. It was manufactured 50-52 Wigmore, London. We are looking to sell it on eBay, it is sort of an antique and it was supposedly used in the Civil War. A. You have a few correct answers. Of course Almighty God has no beginning and no end. His Son did have a beginning that was given him as "first born". Their relationship was very close so naturally they were "one" in the sense of same mind and thought. It makes sense too that two individuals were speaking to each other. If they were one in the same, Almighty God would be talking to himself. Kind of silly and not logical at all. Speaking of logic: the holy spirit is a force not a person. If Jehovah God wanted to be that confusing he would not have had the holy bible written; he would have been a "Divine mystery" to all time. Everyone should think on that one!
